• The squareness and parallelism is controlled well within 2-3 microns / 0.0002″.
• Hardened , Matched Pair, Precision Ground , Even Chamfering on all 6 sides.
• These matched pair can be bolted through any plain hole to the tapped hole to use as a Steps blocks, feelers, Jigs, Angle plate, orientation and setting up tool.
• 23 holes consists of 5 tapped holes that are 5/8″-11 for clamping and 18 untapped holes
• Heat treated and case hardened to HRC 57-62
• Made of precision-grade tool steel hardened and ground on all 6 sides of block
• Cross drilling design allows for efficient use of lower weight with maximum strength
• Accurate installation work is possible.
• Used to set up, layout, and check jobs. Suitable for all kinds of machine tools.
• Scope of application: For clamping support, installation design and inspection work.
